Found 1 colleague at BluFish Glenview Sushi Bistro & Grill. With the King Kong the spicy mayo gives the roll the kick that is needed to make it my favorite roll. The eel sauce with the Crunchy Muffy brings the entire thing together and captures a uniqueness to sushi. Finally, the sauces on these rolls are out of this world. Being melted mozzarella cheese on the Crunchy Muffy, or the tempura flakes and avocado to the King Kong makes these rolls amazing. The additions to the rolls are also great. The freshness of fish in each roll is as good as I have seen fish at any restaurant. Both these rolls do a great job of just capturing what amazing sushi is about. The Crunchy Muffy roll, and the King King roll. This time visiting the restaurant I got two rolls I have already eaten before, but I think these two rolls are the best in the restaurant. This is my third time dining at the restaurant this year, but if I could I would eat there everyday of the week. The beverages, service, and especially the food. It is though made up by the quantity of items served with. Everything is pretty good on the lunch with my only critique that the entree meat is on the smaller side. In my opinion, great deal!! Not only do you get the main, but you also get a spicy tuna roll, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken with soup or salad. The lunch special is for sure a standout served Monday - Friday with items being around 20 bucks after tax. Having experienced both the lunch specials along with the rolls and even dinner entrees, you truly can’t go wrong with someplace like Blufish.
